NGY Group New Jersey, Inc., a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of kitchen and bathroom products, is hiring a HR Specialist  to work in Piscataway, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support      recruitment processes under supervision;

  • Conduct onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and      coordinating orientation sessions;

  • Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs;

  • Maintain employee relations by addressing concerns, investigating complaints, and      promoting a positive work environment;

  • Support performance management with reviews and feedback, ensure compliance with      employment laws, and organize training and development programs to foster      employee growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in Human Resource.

  • Organizational skills, knowledge of employment laws.

Salary Information:

  • This is a full-time position.

  • The salary is $61,797 per year.
